Straightforward advice, thorough knowledge and can-do approach

Keep NSW Beautiful

Keep NSW Beautiful was referred to Sweet as they were planning to relocate their Sydney office from Harris Park to Newtown. The existing phone system was no longer able to meet the requirements of the organisation. The new office would need to be up-and-running from a communications perseptive, in parallel to their existing office.

"I’m writing to thank you for your exceptional service with the recent set up of our phone system in our new office.

Technical systems and phone services is a complex field, far removed from my own area of expertise and a very long way from my comfort zone. It’s a complex  and competitive market, characterised by fast talking salespeople, off-shore service centres, and bogged down with detail that is virtually incomprehensible to the average consumer.

Your straightforward advice, thorough knowledge and can-do approach lifted a great weight from our shoulders. While dealing with the plethora of issues and logistics involved in relocating our premises while expanding our operations, it was especially convenient to be in good local hands with Sweet Telecom.

From your first consultation, through your presentation of options, installation, training and then after sales follow-up, something that could have been a time consuming, expensive and frustrating experience was in fact simple, seamless, and in fact pleasurable. And great value too!

After Googling and Yellow Paging and meeting with several pushy non-collaborative suppliers, and worn out from the process, I published a plea of assistance on Facebook and an old colleague replied immediately with a recommendation and introduction to Sweet. Just shows the value and power of first hand referrals. I’ll look forward to the opportunity to spread the word now as a first hand referral myself."
