Michael is our illustrious leader - he drives from the front getting hands-on in sales, marketing, product innovation, delivery and customer support and delight. After a stint in a call centre for Hutchison Telecoms in Australia, Mike began his career as a Nortel PABX engineer over 20 years ago, and after working in Australia, New Zealand and the UK Michael co-founded Sweet Telecom in Australia in 2010.
Francois is Sweets latest addition to the team - having arrived from France in October 2011. Francois is on an internship with Sweet from University of Strasbourg and is with the team in Sydney until February 2012. Francois brings the French flair to the Sweet website, customer meetings and is the master of Friday lunches at the pub near by.
Ed can sing the birds out of the trees - and frequently does because as well as running the Sweet sales team he is also the frontman of local band I AM Giant! Ed can talk to you about any of your telephony requirements, just pick up the phone.
If you're going to have law and order in the office - bring in the big guns, ie: your mum! Mike's mum, Annette, has 15 years experience running enterprise telephony bids across Asia Pacific for Nortel Networks - for a while there, one of the world's largest telecoms businesses. Annette looks after all things operational including proposals.
In any business it's important to have an ideas man who is unencumbered by the shackles of day-to-day involvement in the business. Will co-founded Sweet with Michael in 2010 having run, owned and sold successful businesses in the UK. Will operates as a non-executive Director to the business bringing the benefit of his wealth of experience in SME and corporate sectors, in the UK and Australia.
